I loved the unique pancake machine at breakfast – what a fun way to start the day! The spacious suite provided so much comfort. The outdoor drinks area had a lovely atmosphere. It felt like a mini-vacation with fantastic family-friendly activities like the magician, which kept everyone entertained!

The staff were extremely friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful Westport House and lovely river walks.

The air conditioning in the room was practically non-existent. it felt like I was stuck in a sauna on warm nights. Breakfast left much to be desired—by 10 AM, they were out of several items, and what I did manage to get didn't impress. I noticed a lack of vegetarian options on the dining menus, and the decor throughout the hotel felt outdated. Noise from neighboring rooms was another issue, making it difficult to get a solid night’s sleep. Lastly, there was also a peculiar stale smell in some public areas that detracted from the overall experience.
